In Japanese, Jisho means Empire; the chef hopes to create an empire of different concepts of dining, letting customers experience different dining concepts without a drop in standards or quality.

The Chef’s Philosophy

Jisho Omakase is helmed by Chef Jack Chang, who has over 2 decades of experience of kaiseki and omakase.

As a chef, Chef Jack loves to bring in creative and innovative touches into traditional Japanese cuisine.

One of his personal mantras is that the route of becoming a good chef is to never stop learning, be humble, and keep on researching new dishes.
